DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

If you have merchandise that is defective, please contact us at mnhockey@signatureconcepts.com providing the following information:

*Defective merchandise needs to be reported within 7 days after your order has been received.

 

1. Full Name

2. Order number

3. Description (and images if possible) of defective merchandise

 

Our dedicated customer service team will help resolve this issue as quickly as possible!

 

 

NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED, NEED A NEW SIZE? FOLLOW OUR RETURN POLICY:

Please note that we cannot guarantee that stock of a desired item will be available. Additionally, some items are noted as final sale and returns are not offered on these items. 

Return merchandise needs to be reported within 14 days after your order has been received. Items requesting a return must have tags and may not have been washed or worn. 

 

If you are wanting to return an item to receive a credit please:

1. Email our Customer Service team at mnhockey@signatureconcepts.com to gain an RA# and our return shipping address. 

*Returns sent back without an RA# will not be accepted.

2.  You may then mail your item(s) back to us!

3. Once we receive the items a credit will be issued back to your account for the garment(s). Please note that it may take up to 10 days for a credit to process.

 

If you are wanting to exchange an item for a new size or garment please:

*This is ONLY a valid option while the webstore is open and/or desired product is available.

2.  You may then mail your item(s) back to us!

4. During this time, visit our webstore to place a new order for the desired garment(s).
